I made the mistake of ordering a dress from another French company and not only did I not receive a tracking number, the item was shipped back because I was never notified it had arrived at the PO. I ordered a dress from Nathalie with a wedding 9 days away and I am GRATEFUL to say that the dress arrived in time and I was able to wear it to the wedding.
